Exchange & Return Policy - Style By Khaani Clothing

1. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery. 
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- 1 Free Exchange allowed. After that, shipping charges will apply.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Return Policy  
- Returns are only accepted for defective or wrong items.
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/video.
- No refunds. Only Exchange or Store Credit will be provided.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

3. Important Notes
- Please check the size chart before confirming your order.
- Custom made/stitched dresses are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Report any shipping damage within 24 hours.
